Lunch: 200ml orange juice or an apple, 1 fat-free yogurt.
Dinner: 1 hardboiled egg, 1large grated carrot, 100ml cottage cheese.

Day-5

Breakfast: No tea or coffee
Lunch: 150gram salmon with lemon, can cook with 1 teaspoon butter.
Dinner: 100gram grilled beef, Lettuce with celery no dressing.

Day-6

Breakfast: Large cup of black tea or coffee only 1 teaspoon sugar 1slice dry toast.
Lunch: 1hard boiled egg, 1grated carrot.
Dinner: 150gram chicken breast (grilled or boiled), Lettuce with lemon dressing.

Day-7

Breakfast: Large cup of black tea or coffee no sugar.
Lunch: Nothing Drink a lot of water.
Dinner: 200gram grilled beef, Lettuce with lemon dressing.

Day-8

Breakfast:  Large cup of black tea or coffee only 1teaspoon sugar.
Lunch:  2hard boiled eggs, 200gram frozen spinach, boiled 1 tomato.
Dinner:  200gram grilled beef, Lettuce with lemon dressing.

Day-9

Breakfast:  Large cup of black tea or coffee only 1 teaspoon sugar.
Lunch:  1slice harm, 1fat free yogurt.

Day-10

Lunch:  200gram salmon boiled with lemon or grilled with 1 spoon butter.
Dinner:  200gram grilled beef, Lettuce with celery no dressing.

Day-13

Breakfast:  Large cup of black tea or coffee, only 1 teaspoon sugar 1 slice dry toast.
Lunch:  2hard boiled eggs, 1 grated carrot.
Dinner:  250gram chicken breast, grilled or boiled, Lettuce with lemon dressing.
