4th Day: Squeeze 4 lemons and mix them with 4 glasses of fresh water.
5th Day: Squeeze 5 lemons and mix with 5 glasses of fresh water.
6th day: Squeeze 6 lemons and mix with six glasses of fresh water.
7th day: Squeeze 3 lemons and mix them with 10 glasses of fresh water. Add one tablespoon of honey. Drink this mixture throughout the whole day.
8th day: Squeeze 6 lemons and mix them with 6 glasses of fresh water.
9th day: Squeeze 5 lemons and mix the juice with 5 glasses of fresh water.
10th day: Squeeze 4 lemons and mix them with 4 cups of fresh water.
11th day: Squeeze 3 lemons and mix the quantity with 3 cups of fresh water.
12th day: Squeeze 2 lemons and mix the juice with 2 cups of fresh water.
13th day: Squeeze 1 lemon and mix it with 1 glass of fresh water.
14th day: Squeeze 3 lemons and mix them with 10 glasses of fresh water. Add a tablespoon of honey and drink this mixture throughout the whole day.
Note:- This lemon juice water mixture should be consumed all at once, but if you have any difficulties in drinking it all at once, then you can drink as much as you can, and leave the rest of the mixture for later. This lemon diet is not recommended for people who have gastrointestinal problems. But you need to make sure you drink the rest of the mixture one hour before your meal.
For better results add some physical activities in your daily routine such as walking, running, swimming, cycling or join a gym.
