PROPER WAY TO PREPARE BAKING SODA TO MELT EXTRA FAT.

If you have been got tired by using a lot of things to melt extra body fat from belly, thighs, and arms. You should try Baking soda, as it is a reliable method for weight loss, it includes alkalinizing substances and it is digestion. It can be used in three different techniques, mentioned in the post.

THE FIRST TECHNIQUE

Prepare a Mixture of Baking Soda with Grapefruit and Lemon Juice.
Active ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 lemon or grapefruit
Preparation and use:
Liquefy the baking soda in the glass of water and include the lemon or the grapefruit juice. Blend it well till all the components are nicely mixed. Drink the mixture 20 minutes prior to having your breakfast meal.

THE SECOND TECHNIQUE

A mix of Sodium bicarbonate with Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV).
Components:
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 1 glass of water.
  • 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar.
Preparation and use:
Dissolve the baking soda in a glass of water, and then mix it well with the ACV. Drink it on an empty stomach.

THE THIRD TECHNIQUE.

The mixture of Sodium bicarbonate with Fruits (mentioned in the following para).
Components:
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 2 lemons.
  • 1 cup of strawberries.
  • great deals of fresh mint leaves.
Preparation:
Blend all the components together. Do not include sugar in the mixture. You can take it twice each day.
