Use cucumber diet to lose 7 kg in just 14 days.

CUCUMBER DIET MENU:

Breakfast:  2 hardboiled eggs and fresh cucumber salad
Snack: 1 peach, 5 plums, or 1 big apple
Lunch:  toasted wheat bread and fresh cucumber salad
Snack:  cucumber shake
Dinner:  fruit salad

CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE:

Ingredients:
  • 400 g cucumber
  • 200 ml yogurt or sour milk
  • Salt
  • Fresh, young onion
Preparation:
Peel the cucumber and chop it add the fresh onion and mix well, add some salt and yogurt/ sour milk and mix well once again.

CUCUMBER SHAKE RECIPE:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • A handful of spinach
  • Ginger
Preparation:
Just put all the ingredients in a blender and mix to get a homogeneous mixture, pour the mixture into a glass and drink it fresh before it loses its properties.
It is abundant in nutrients, such as iron, magnesium, calcium, fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K, etc.
Note:  For better result, you may add some physical activities into your daily routines such as walking, riding a bike, running, or exercising at home or the gym.
